Certificate "Naval Training" (VMP)

Certification of persons with a naval education.

Persons holding a naval education document receive primary qualification documents for command personnel not higher than the "operation" level upon presentation of a qualification document confirming that they have completed training in accordance with the tables of competence of Section A of the STCW Convention for the corresponding position of the “operation” level issued by a maritime educational organization.

For shipmasters – work experience on warships or state vessels for at least twelve months in the last five years before applying for a diploma with the performance of navigational duties and watchkeeping on the navigation bridge. For ship mechanics – work experience on warships or state vessels with a main propulsion system with a capacity of at least 750 kW for at least twelve months in the last five years before applying for a diploma with maintenance of the main propulsion system and watchkeeping in the engine room.
